6 Best AI Lead Generation Agencies in Bangalore for 2026
By Kushal Magar · October 20, 2026 · 13 min read
Key Takeaway
Bangalore agencies differ more in what they disclose than in what they sell. Client Magnet is the only one that publishes a full price list, Royal Acquisition and Denave describe AI most clearly, and none states a GDPR, CAN-SPAM or DPDP process. Judge them on data sources, who writes the copy, reporting and exit terms, then price the in-house route before signing a long retainer.
An AI lead generation agency in Bangalore can run outbound for a US, UK or Indian pipeline from a Bengaluru team, and results depend on three things: where the data comes from, how much timezone overlap you get, and who actually writes the copy.
This guide compares six Bengaluru agencies using only what each says on its own website, then shows when an in-house stack costs less. We did not hire or test any of them, so every claim below is the agency’s claim, and the table says “not stated” where a page was silent. For wider reading, see our best GTM agencies in India and best sales agencies in India lists, and our sibling guide to AI lead generation agencies in London.
TL;DR
Short answer: pick Client Magnet if you want published prices and India-focused outbound, Royal Acquisition for AI-plus-human multi-channel outbound, Denave for enterprise demand generation across Asia and Europe, and Lead to Market for phone-led inside sales. If one person can own outbound, price the in-house route with SyncGTM first.
- Client Magnet: cold email and LinkedIn for Indian services firms, full price list published.
- Royal Acquisition: email, phone and LinkedIn, “AI + Human Outreach,” plans without prices.
- FunnlQ: outbound BDR and appointment setting alongside marketing, quote-based.
- Denave: enterprise telesales, data and demand generation with a described AI engine.
- Lead to Market: phone, inside sales and list generation, no AI described.
- Koda: B2B marketing, ABM and automation for tech companies; closer to demand generation than cold outbound.
How We Checked These Agencies
Each agency had to state a Bengaluru or Bangalore base on its own website, offer lead generation as a service, and describe what it does. Directory lists sometimes call an agency Bangalore-based when its own site lists Pune or Mumbai, so we dropped any agency whose site did not confirm a Bengaluru base. The order below reflects how clearly each site documents outbound services, AI use and pricing, not campaign performance.
We recorded services, channels, AI use, pricing, case studies and compliance statements as the pages stated them, and read them in October 2026. Results are the agencies’ own claims and are not independently verified. Prices change, so confirm everything in a written proposal.

AI Lead Generation Agency in Bangalore: Which Rules Apply
The agency’s office is in India, but the rules that matter are set by where your buyers sit, and you stay responsible for the campaign. Match the market to the rule.
- US buyers: the FTC’s CAN-SPAM guide says the law makes no exception for business-to-business email. Messages need a valid postal address and a working opt-out, and hiring another company to send does not remove your responsibility.
- UK buyers: the ICO’s business-to-business marketing guidance covers PECR and UK GDPR. Our London agency guide walks through the corporate versus individual subscriber split.
- EU buyers: the GDPRapplies whenever a named person’s data is processed, and national e-privacy rules add their own email and call rules.
- Indian buyers: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 governs digital personal data. The DPDP Rules were notified in November 2025 with an 18-month phased timeline, so check the notified text on meity.gov.in. Calls and texts also fall under TRAI’s Do Not Disturb rules.
None of the six agencies publishes a GDPR, CAN-SPAM or DPDP process on the pages we read, so ask each for its suppression and opt-out handling in writing. This is not legal advice. For India depth, read our guides to the email database in India (DPDP) and the phone number database in India (TRAI and DPDP).
1. Client Magnet
Best for: Indian services firms that want cold email and LinkedIn run for them with prices visible up front.
Client Magnet lists Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka as its address. Its site describes B2B lead generation where the team handles lists, writing, sending and follow-up, aimed at companies that showed a buying signal in the last 30 days (its claim). Services include cold email, LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting, prospect research and data enrichment.
How it uses AI (its claim):the site offers an “AI Lead Generation & Sales System,” AI workflow automation and CRM automation as paid services. It does not explain how AI works inside the outbound retainer.
Compliance: no GDPR, DPDP or CAN-SPAM statement. The site links privacy, terms, cookie and anti-spam pages, whose text we did not assess.
- Pricing: published, excluding GST. Pipeline Starter Rs 75,000 per month (up to 500 contacts), Growth Rs 1,50,000 (up to 1,000), Scale Rs 3,00,000 (up to 2,500). Appointment setting is listed from Rs 3,00,000 per month and LinkedIn lead generation from Rs 40,000.
- Client markets: services businesses across India.
- Results (its claims): three testimonials from founders and a brand manager with no hard figures.
2. Royal Acquisition
Best for: teams that want email, phone and LinkedIn outbound with a stated AI-plus-human model.
Royal Acquisitiongives “Bangalore, KA, India” in its footer. Services include B2B appointment setting, outbound lead generation, cold email, LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, verified prospect data, lead qualification and an email deliverability audit.
How it uses AI (its claim):the site describes “AI-powered outbound prospecting, verified business data, and personalized outreach” and an “AI + Human Outreach” model that pairs AI with SDRs. It lists roles such as copywriter, lead researcher and email tech expert in its delivery team.
Compliance: none stated. It mentions SPF, DKIM and DMARC optimisation, which is deliverability set-up, not a legal process.
- Pricing: Starter, Growth and Enterprise plans are linked but no prices appear on the page; one offer is “pay for qualified calls.”
- Client markets: a long industry list including SaaS, fintech, healthcare and recruitment; it claims 5+ countries served.
- Results (its claims): headline stats of 5k+ meetings booked and 30+ clients, footnoted as average yearly outcomes. We found no named case study with figures.
3. FunnlQ
Best for: B2B companies that want outbound BDR and appointment setting bundled with marketing support.
FunnlQlists “Bangalore, Karnataka, India” as its contact location. Its sales services cover outbound BDR, lead generation and CRM set-up, while marketing covers automation, paid media, SEO and account-based marketing. It describes combining email, LinkedIn, calls and ads.
How it uses AI:the homepage does not describe an AI product. It refers only to combining “insight, automation, and personalization.” Treat AI use as unconfirmed and ask.
Compliance: none stated beyond a privacy policy link.
- Pricing: not published; quote-based.
- Client markets: B2B companies; no regions or industries named.
- Results (its claims): testimonials from the CEO of Syscentric Technologies and a co-founder of XequalTo Analytics. The metric counters on the page showed 0% when we read it, so there are no figures to quote.
5. Lead to Market
Best for: companies that want phone-led inside sales and list generation from a long-running team.
Lead to Market says most of its dedicated staff sit in one of two Bangalore offices, and lists Houston and Tel-Aviv as other locations. It gives no street address on the homepage. Services include lead generation, list generation and acquisition, lead qualification, inside sales, an inbound call centre solution and marketing research.
How it uses AI: AI and automation are not mentioned. The page refers only to sales enablement tools and sales support.
Compliance: none stated. Because the model is phone-heavy, ask how it screens against TRAI DND in India and the equivalent registers in each market it calls.
- Pricing: not published; the page mentions only a “cost efficient operational model.”
- Client markets: the US, Canada, UK, Israel, Germany, Australia, South Africa and India.
- Results (its claims): 13+ years, 400+ clients and 500+ projects, with a client-logo grid linking to PDFs we did not review.
6. Koda
Best for: SaaS and tech companies that want ABM, LinkedIn and automation-led demand generation rather than classic cold outbound.
Koda lists its address as 1579, 27th Main, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru. It describes itself as a B2B digital marketing agency, with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing for ABM, ICP research and prospect databases, and marketing automation. It does not list cold email or outbound SDR work as a separate service, so it is the loosest fit here.
How it uses AI (its claim):AI SEO with “AI-driven insights,” plus marketing automation covering platform set-up, CRM integration and email campaign automation.
Compliance: none stated beyond a privacy policy link.
- Pricing: Starter and Growth packs shown without figures.
- Client markets: growth-focused tech companies, including a Singapore-headquartered manufacturer and a US AI software company.
- Results (its claims): a case study of 148% organic lead growth for an unnamed SaaS brand in a year, and named testimonials from clients such as Zycus and Reverie Language Technologies without figures.

Timezone Overlap and Who Writes the Copy
India Standard Time is UTC+5:30 all year with no daylight saving. That puts Bengaluru about 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of London and 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern, depending on the season. Overlap with the UK is comfortable; with the US it is narrow, so ask whether replies and live calls are handled by a team working your hours.
Copy is the second variable. Native-level writing for your buyers’ market is hard to check from a proposal, so ask for sample sequences and who approves each message. Royal Acquisition lists a dedicated copywriter role and describes human SDRs alongside AI; Denave says its AI work is human validated. Ask every agency who owns the lists, sending domains and suppression list if you leave.
The In-House Route: A Small Team With SyncGTM
The alternative to a retainer is to run AI lead generation yourself. SyncGTM gives a small team 33+ lead sources, waterfall enrichment across 50+ providers and an AI Email Writer in one workspace, so one person can build an account list, find and verify emails and draft personalised messages.
What you take on: choosing a lawful basis for each market, managing sending domains, screening calls, and writing the offer. What you keep: your lists, signals and history. For tooling that agencies themselves use, see our AI lead gen agency tools breakdown, and for data options in India, the best B2B database in India guide.
Illustrative cost comparison
The arithmetic below is illustrative only. It matches Client Magnet’s published Pipeline Starter volume of 500 contacts per month. Credit costs come from the live SyncGTM tool descriptions: finding a work email costs 1 credit (misses are not billed), verifying an email costs 0.1 credits, and finding a mobile number costs 10 credits. It ignores sending tools, domains and your own time.
| Item | Calculation | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Agency retainer, 12 months | Rs 75,000 x 12 (excl. GST) | Rs 9,00,000 |
| Emails for 500 contacts, per month | 500 x 1 credit (upper bound) + 500 x 0.1 credit to verify | At most 550 credits |
| Mobile numbers for 50 priority contacts | 50 x 10 credits (only if you call) | 500 credits |
| In-house software | See current plans on the pricing page | Compare against the first line |
Plans are on the SyncGTM pricing page, and the credits estimatorhelps you size a monthly list. An agency retainer includes people; the in-house route needs one person’s time. If that person exists, the software line is usually the smaller number.
How to Choose
- Indian buyers and a visible price list: Client Magnet.
- AI-plus-human outbound across email, phone and LinkedIn: Royal Acquisition, with compliance questions answered in writing.
- Enterprise demand generation in Asia or Europe: Denave.
- Phone-led inside sales: Lead to Market, with a clear call-screening process.
- Outbound BDR bundled with marketing: FunnlQ, once AI use and reporting are clarified.
- ABM and automation for a tech brand: Koda.
- One person who can own outbound: price the in-house route before signing a retainer.
Before you sign with anyone, ask six questions: where the data comes from, who sends from which domains, who owns the lists, how opt-outs are suppressed, what the notice period is, and what a “qualified meeting” means in writing.
