93twenty supports business owners by helping them to deliver the plans and initiatives that will make a positive difference to their business and their own lives. We add senior executive experience and know how as and when it's required to businesses that don't have the scale to warrant a permanent full time executive team. So many business owners have great plans they are struggling to action or aspects of their duties as directors that they are unable to fulfil as effectively as they would like, due to time constraints or a lack of relevant skills and experience. Sometimes the day job just dominates and they find themselves gravitating to the things that come more naturally and they enjoy doing the most. We take the time to fully understand your goals and aspirations as well as the challenges and roadblocks standing in your way so that together we can work out what needs to be done and make it happen. Our assistance may be in the form of sitting on or chairing an advisory board. It might be as an interim or regular part time executive to fill the gaps when a permanent full-time appointment is not a cost-effective option or it may be simply as a sounding board for ideas and frustrations.
