About Alesvi Advisors
Part of the leading international network of Independent Advisors (www.salesxceleration.com), I help Small and Mid-Sized companies, as well as Start-ups and Scale-Ups, optimizing their sales strategy, processes, and execution. I focus not only on the strategic level, but also on the tactical level, all to help companies achieve record-breaking sales results. I generally operate as a Fractional/Outsourced or Interim VP of Sales/CRO/CCO and occasionally as an advisor.
Main types of activities:
- Sales Infrastructure Projects: Working with the CEOs and the Head of Sales, I improve the sales organizations by reviewing the value proposition, implementing new tools (i.e., CRM), rewriting the Sales Playbook, optimizing the sales team structure, providing training and coaching to the sales team, and improving the sales compensation plan.
- Sales Management Projects: I act as a Fractional Chief Commercial Officer, leading and managing the sales team while delivering the necessary changes and improvements.
My typical clients are companies with revenues between EUR 5m and EUR 60m. I also work with PE/VC funds, I am generally introduced to the portfolio companies for one of the projects above, but I can also provide due diligence on the quality of sales before the investments or after.
