Additionally, a bad experience can have direct impacts on the bottom line, driven through the rise of review culture. Some companies are keeping up, but they are in the minority. Sales Optimisation: The path to success for service providers is having a clear value proposition, realistic and measurable sales approach, as well as the ability to execute on these plans. I work with recruitment providers, HR tech providers, staffing companies, and outsourcing companies to develop sales strategies, processes, collateral, pricing approaches, and solution thinking to achieve profitable revenue growth.
