Balance Energy Group

Balance Energy was formed with the goal of supporting energy/mining technology companies that are looking to enter new markets, with a strong focus on Australia (as a gate to APAC) and Chile (as a gate to LATAM). I am responsible for the development and implementation of our clients' go-to-market strategy in the target regions, and the management of local partners to execute the plans. Selected project: A logistics company engaged us to explore entering the energy sector in Australia as a service provider. We conducted market research, uncovering a number of opportunities, which we prioritized based on relevant criteria (size, technology, location, etc). Subsequently, we developed a go-to-market plan and outreach campaign with the goal of closing two contracts in 2024.
