BerriUp Aceleradora de Startups is a private startup accelerator located in the Basque Country, founded in 2015 by local entrepreneurs. It aims to support innovative projects from their initial idea to market launch. With offices in San Sebastián and Bilbao, BerriUp has conducted over 10 acceleration calls, analyzed more than 700 projects, and accelerated over 20 companies. The program runs twice a year, offering a 16-week acceleration period focused on business model validation and market viability. BerriUp provides a range of services, including an investment of €50,000 for 10% equity, expert mentorship, and access to coworking spaces. Startups benefit from tailored advice on digital transformation and market fit, as well as additional consulting services for SMEs in innovation and intrapreneurship. The program connects startups with a community of over 100 members, including entrepreneurs and mentors, fostering collaboration and growth within the local ecosystem.
