Business Story Lab helps business owners get their lives back by building businesses that work for them, not against them. Founded by Claire after two stress-induced health crashes taught her that ignoring wellbeing isn't brave, it's just stupid, Business Story Lab works with business owners who've lost clarity on what they're building and where they fit in it. Through three core approaches: The Business Alignment Journey (1:1 coaching), Strategic Planning with Teams, and People & Culture Development, we help business owners reconnect with their purpose and create businesses that energise rather than drain them. We help clients get clear on what they're building, understand their role in it, and make it all work with the life they want. Clients often tell us they've never had someone they can talk so openly with about their business, someone who understands but isn't directly impacted by their decisions. Based in Ballarat, Business Story Lab is passionate about building community capacity because good business is good for community. We work with business owners ready to move from confused to clear, from stuck to purposeful, helping them craft businesses that reflect who they are rather than consume who they could become.
