Career One Stop

CareerOneStop is a free workforce development platform sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor. It provides accessible workforce information to assist job seekers, students, workers, employers, and workforce intermediaries in making informed economic decisions. The platform offers a variety of career exploration tools and resources, including America's Service Locator for connecting users to local career centers, mySkills myFuture for skill assessment, and My Next Move for career planning. Additional resources include industry-specific competency frameworks, support for transitioning workers and veterans, and tools for individuals in correctional facilities. CareerOneStop is headquartered in Derby, Connecticut, and operates nearly 3,000 One-Stop Career Centers across the country.
