Most recently in a General Manager of Marketing capacity she led Tourism Australia's international and domestic campaign transformation post '19-'20 Bushfire and through COVID-19. Prior to that in a Chief Marketing Officer capacity she was part of the Executive Team leading oOh!media's ANZ transformation including revolutionising data and insights including productising SingTel chinese traveler roaming data and Quantium consumer buying data. CMO magazine has recognised Michaela as a change agent, stabilizer and unifying force and Marketing Magazine has recognised her as proficient in building passionate high performing teams.
