Based in London, FemTech Lab operates independently, aligning its business model with the success of its portfolio companies. The organization connects over 20,000 founders, investors, corporate partners, and healthcare institutions dedicated to women's health. The core mission of FemTech Lab is to accelerate fair healthcare for all women and enhance their understanding of their bodies. It runs a biannual 12-week accelerator program, supporting 10-15 selected startups each cohort. The program offers access to experts in various fields, mentoring, coaching, and opportunities to pitch to investors. FemTech Lab also pledges 5% of its profits to organizations supporting women.
