The Master Franchise was acquired back by the Franchisor in 2018 and KBFC provided consulting services and business support through to the end of 2018. We worked with our Franchise Owners to assist them grow and build their business. Using national buying power, Hip Pocket's locally owned stores have a unique place in the safety workwear, corporate clothing and protective clothing market. Hip Pocket specialise in Corporate Clothing, Protective Clothing, Hi Vis Clothing, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Safety Work Boots. But Hip Pocket offers much more servicing the local work site, to the largest multinational customer, the office, hospitality, healthcare, local government, schools and sporting clubs. At Hip Pocket Workwear & Safety, the focus is on customer service and product knowledge and applying that to each Customers unique needs. Customers are busy and need reliable, efficient service. They are committed to providing total customer service from the store, delivered to the customers' door. The Group has experienced strong double-digit compound sales growth over the past 3 years (2016-2018) and is well positioned to continue that growth trajectory into the future.
