Pravesh is a boutique, mission-driven consulting firm focused on introducing and scaling healthcare innovations in developing markets. Extraordinary solutions and innovations exist that could address inequalities in healthcare access and quality; however, such innovation faces friction in emerging markets due to vast geographies, fragmented systems, maze-like bureaucracy, and cultural nuances. It is our job to eliminate the friction and bridge the gap for innovation to reach the last mile. Leveraging our deep relationships in the ecosystem and extensive research on ground-level challenges, Pravesh provides research and advisory services on Go-to-market strategies, Business development, policy design, digital transformation and other topical issues. Case studies: Pravesh centrally managed a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder effort to identify, validate, document, curate, publish and disseminate promising practices in COVID-19 management in India. This project was funded by Gates Ventures. - Published and disseminated 60+ stories of promising practices across five thematic areas in COVID-19 management; engaged leading experts and partners (Evalueserve, Xynteo, Sattva Consulting and Global Health Strategies) to document and disseminate these promising practices. - Designed and conducted two webinars for creating visibility and awareness; the first one was chaired by Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, Chief Scientist, WHO and CK Mishra, Retd. IAS, ex-Secretary, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare to celebrate the 100 Cr. vaccination mark by promoting inspirational bright spots in vaccination from district administrators around the country. The second webinar was chaired by Dr. Nachiket Mor, that focused on the power of positive collaborations in COVID-19 response.
