Most B2B tech founders are excellent salespeople. The problem is they're also the CEO, the product manager, and occasionally the customer support team.
At Seed and Series A, founder-led sales works. Then growth stalls, the first sales hire joins, and ninety days later the pipeline is in exactly the same place. The rep is sending emails, taking calls, running demos. The results aren't there. The founder steps back in, closes a few deals, and starts quietly wondering if they hired the wrong person.
They probably didn't. Nobody translated the product into language buyers actually care about. The founder could do it instinctively because they'd lived every problem the product solves, but that knowledge lives in their head, not in a system. The rep inherited a territory, not a toolkit.
Prospectr builds the outbound system that doesn't depend on the founder being in every deal. Using a Jobs-to-be-Done framework, we map what buyers are actually trying to get done, build the messaging around it, and turn that into a repeatable outbound engine the team can run, measure, and scale.
