SPEM (Società Per l'Esercizio della Merce in Italia) is an Italian pharmaceutical wholesaler established in 1973. Originally a cooperative for 30 pharmacies in Milan, it has grown to operate nationwide, with a logistics center located in Mondolfo di Marotta. Since joining Gruppo Comifar in 1999, SPEM has enhanced its distribution and service capabilities. The company is certified with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, ensuring high service quality. SPEM specializes in the wholesale distribution of pharmaceuticals, supporting over 700 pharmacies across Italy through its Valore Salute Farmacia brand. The company offers a range of services, including purchasing and supply chain management, to its pharmacy network. Key leadership includes President Lorenzo Clerici and Directors Claudia Ciuffani, Raffaele Testa, and Vincenzo Masci.
