SR Consulting was founded for two reasons: 1) A fierce passion for helping SaaS Founders and leaders to scale their businesses, and solve their customer's problems, by finding game-changing GTM talent. Equally, for bringing life-changing opportunities to talented people. 2) To do things properly. For many, recruitment is just a numbers game. For me, it's; caring, understanding pain, solving problems, building trusted relationships, delivering the right results and providing the best service. This means knowing your stuff and being extremely thorough, honest and empathetic. -- I only partner with startups & scale-ups I can get really excited about! I assess; the people, culture, funding, PMF, TAM, trajectory, mission, challenges...
