Filling a gap in a fractional role, I use a flexible and structured, hands-on approach to help Chief Executive Officers and founding teams of post-Seed to post-A Series startups and bootstrapped businesses with growth and operations. • Collaborate on customer and product to grow the business and take on all or part of recruiting and HR (people ops), operations, finance and legal management. • Keep operations running smoothly over time by putting in place the right mix of systems, SaaS applications and talent. It's supposed to be hard to build and scale a new venture that has real impact. And nobody has to do it alone.
