I founded Sustainable Path to bring together two sides of my experience: the commercial and the deeply human. I'm an ICF-certified professional coach and strategic advisor with over 25 years' global experience across the UK, Europe, and the US (including nearly a decade in NYC). I've worked with FTSE 100s, Fortune 500s, VC/PE-backed scale-ups, challenger brands, and purpose-driven organisations across sectors including renewable and low-carbon energy, climate and sustainability, social impact, marketing and advertising, media and creative industries, and health. My work spans executive and leadership coaching, advisory and consulting, brand strategy and positioning, go-to-market planning, sales and marketing leadership, growth strategy, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. I've led and supported commercial growth in complex environments, helping leaders sharpen propositions, align people and strategy, and turn intent into momentum. What sets Sustainable Path apart is the lived experience behind it. A period of profound personal change, including recovery from burnout and addiction, reshaped how I live and lead, and led me to retrain as a coach. That experience now underpins how I work, creating reflective, non-judgemental spaces where leaders, executives, and teams can think clearly, reset priorities, and move forward with confidence. Some days I'm a strategic sounding board to a CEO or thinking partner to a founder. Other days I'm working with leadership, sales, or marketing teams to refine their story or approach. I flex between coaching, advisory, consulting, and fractional roles depending on what's needed. Always grounded in clarity, integrity, and sustainable progress. Sustainable Path isn't an agency.
