Main use cases Early stage - As a previous Product/Product Marketing Manager, position and sell to first customers, collecting key feedback to reach Product Market Fit - Craft Go-to-market strategy based on previous experiences and own research - Define easy to adopt and scalable sales process/playbooks, based on learnings directly on the ground with the founders - Hire and setup the first Go-to-market functions (Sales, SDRs, Customer Success), leveraging best practices according to customer capabilities Growth stage - Assess sales team performance, leveling up the salesforce to accelerate - Leverage data/metrics to better organise the salesforce (industry, hunter/farmer) - Lead sales and revenue teams through accelerated growth - Lead international expansion processes (where and how, exploring partnerships)
