The recent market changes forced the Organizational Health in Life-Sciences to became a priority, with agile and simplified structures, modernizing customer and patient engagement models. Toste – Healthcare Consulting (www.toste.eu), aimed to enable biopharmas' transformation, go-to-market & commercialization capabilities. These adapt to strategic changes, balancing short-term performance with long-term sustainability. We developed a stable backbone of processes and capabilities, that quickly fitted to the agile mindset of cross-functional teams. We enabled 26 indications for 22 original brands (incl. 8 biologics), and involved in these for 16 indications in 10 brand launches. 8 brands were impacted by generics.
