AI Lead Generation for Real Estate: 6 Tools Agents Use in 2026

Kushal Magar

By Kushal Magar · October 21, 2026 · 13 min read

Key Takeaway

AI lead generation for real estate splits into two jobs: AI that answers and nurtures inbound leads (Structurely, Ylopo, Lofty, CINC, Follow Up Boss) and data that finds owners to contact first (SyncGTM). No vendor here publishes cost per appointment, so track your own. TCPA consent, Do Not Call, CAN-SPAM, and Fair Housing rules stay your responsibility, not the tool's.

AI lead generation for real estate now means software that texts, calls, and nurtures portal leads around the clock, yet many agents still lose deals because the first reply comes too late or never comes at all. This guide compares six tools on AI conversation quality, CRM depth, and what each publishes about cost, and shows where SyncGTM fits for investor, landlord, and commercial owner lists.

We did not test these tools. Every capability below comes from the vendor’s own site and is labelled as a vendor claim, and nothing here is legal advice. If you work the lender side of the same transactions, see our parallel guide to AI lead generation for mortgage brokers, and for service businesses see AI lead generation for local businesses.

AI Lead Generation for Real Estate: TL;DR

Short answer: Pick Ylopo, Lofty, or CINC if you want lead sources, a website, and AI follow-up in one stack; pick Follow Up Boss if you already have lead sources and want a CRM that connects to everything; pick Structurely if you want a standalone conversational AI that plugs into your CRM; and use SyncGTM to build the investor, landlord, and commercial owner lists none of these provide.

Sources: each vendor’s own site, linked below, read in October 2026. Features marked “vendor” are vendor claims. Check current pricing before you buy.

Why Agents Still Lose Portal Leads

Portal and ad leads arrive at all hours, often to several agents at once, and the one who replies first usually gets the conversation. That is the argument behind every product in this list: an AI that answers in seconds, asks a few qualifying questions, and hands off a booked appointment or a warm transfer.

Ylopo’s site says it takes 7 calls to connect with a lead and claims AI Text replies in under 60 seconds. Those are vendor figures, but the direction is sound: speed and persistence are what AI changes. What it does not change is the quality of your lead source, your follow-up after the handoff, and your legal exposure when software contacts people on your behalf. For the broader category outside real estate, see our guide to AI lead gen software.

How We Compared Them (No Hands-On Test)

We read each vendor’s homepage and, where it existed, its pricing page, and for SyncGTM we read the live tool descriptions in our MCP server. We did not sign up, run campaigns, or measure appointment rates, so we make no claims about results. We compared three things: how the AI conversation works, how deep the CRM is, and what the vendor publishes about cost.

Where a vendor does not publish pricing, we say so. Where its site was thin or ambiguous, we say “vendor wording” instead of guessing. Structurely’s site did load for us, so it is included, but see the note in its section about scope.

Cost Per Appointment: What Vendors Publish

None of the six publishes a cost per appointment, and we would be wary of any that did without a methodology. What you can do is build the number yourself: add every monthly cost (CRM seats, AI usage, ad spend, lead fees), then divide by appointments that actually took place, not appointments booked.

Structurely is the only vendor in the list that shows usage rates: as low as $0.07 per minute of AI call time and $0.02 per SMS or AI email, plus a platform fee that is quoted by sales. Ylopo says quotes depend on lead type, number of agents, and market. Lofty and CINC point to demos and plan pages without dollar amounts in what we read. Track your own number for a full quarter before you compare vendors.

1. SyncGTM

Best for: building and enriching lists of investors, property managers, landlords with a business footprint, and commercial brokers and owners.

SyncGTM is a data layer, not a real estate CRM and not an AI texting product. Through its MCP server you describe a list in plain English and your AI client calls the tools. Costs below are from the live tool descriptions when we wrote this, so confirm in your account before a big run.

  • google_maps_listings returns local business listings (name, address, contact details, rating) for a query and location, such as property management companies in a city. It costs 2 credits per call, with up to 100 results.
  • find_people searches professional profiles by title, seniority, industry, and company filters at 0.2 credits per person returned.
  • find_work_email costs 1 credit and verify_email costs 0.1 credit. Misses on lookups are not billed.
  • scrape_emails_from_website and scrape_phones_from_website cost 0.2 credits per page crawled and mostly return generic inboxes and switchboard lines.
  • find_work_phone costs 12 credits, find_personal_email costs 3, and find_mobile_number costs 10. Misses are not billed.

Watch-outs: SyncGTM does not send outreach, text leads, or track appointments. Coverage varies by market, so spot-check output. Use the credits estimator before large runs, and read the section below on personal data. For how chaining providers lifts find rates, see waterfall email finders.

2. Structurely

Best for: teams that want a standalone conversational AI to sit in front of an existing CRM.

Structurelyloaded normally when we checked, so it is not defunct. Its site describes a conversational AI platform for inbound and outbound sales, customer service, scheduling, and follow-up across voice, SMS, RCS, email, and chat. It lists integrations with CRMs including HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, and Salesforce, and real estate appears among use cases next to mortgage and life insurance. The site also uses the name 21X, so the company appears to be broadening beyond real estate. Older articles that talk about its “Aisa” assistant describe an earlier product, and we did not find that name on the current pages.

Vendor claims: the site cites 21x more conversations resolved by AI and a 67% reduction in operating costs. We have not verified either. Its pricing page describes a platform fee plus usage, with rates as low as $0.07 per minute of voice and $0.02 per SMS or email, no per-seat licensing, and Small Team, Large Team, and Enterprise tiers.

Watch-outs: it is not a CRM and not a lead source, so you need both elsewhere. The platform fee is not published.

3. Ylopo

Best for: agents and teams who want lead generation, retargeting, and AI follow-up from one vendor.

Ylopo lists AI Text, AI Voice, and a product called Ylopo AI Squared, alongside buyer and seller lead generation, Google and Meta ads, IDX home search, video ads, and seller tools. AI Voice calls and qualifies leads, then warm-transfers them to a live agent. Ylopo says you can keep your own CRM, and its team plan includes routing, roles, and reporting.

Vendor claims: a 48% response rate for AI Text (3x the industry average), 25M+ conversations a month, and 75,000+ real estate professionals. It also features customer stories such as 130,000 AI calls to a 36,000-lead database producing 397 live transfers. These are testimonials and marketing figures that we have not verified.

Watch-outs: no dollar prices are listed. Three plans (Solo, Growing Team, Complete) are quoted by call or demo, and some products, such as outcome-based leads and live transfer, sit on higher tiers.

4. Lofty

Best for: teams who want the CRM, website, ads, and AI agents inside one platform.

Lofty describes a Smart CRM powered by agentic AI, with a Sales Agent that captures and qualifies leads, nurtures the database, and books appointments, plus a Homeowner Agent that looks for sellers in your database who show intent to move. The CRM side lists a power dialer, Smart Plans for multi-step nurture, and transaction management. It also sells IDX websites and multi-channel advertising across Google, Facebook, and Microsoft.

Vendor claims: 3+ hours saved per day, 30%+ higher-quality calls, and 70,000+ real estate professionals in its integration community. We have not verified these.

Watch-outs: the page shows no prices, and the FAQ says there is no free trial, only a one-on-one demo. Broad platforms take time to configure, so budget for onboarding.

5. Follow Up Boss

Best for: teams with their own lead sources that want a CRM that connects to the rest of the stack.

Follow Up Boss positions itself as an open platform with more than 250 integrations. Its site lists contacts, tasks and deals, smart lists, lead distribution, a dialer, calling, texting, and email automations, and a Zillow Pro integration. AI is described as built into the product, but the homepage does not itemize what the AI does, so we cannot compare its conversation quality with the dedicated AI tools above.

Vendor claims: 36 of the 50 highest-volume U.S. teams use it, 100,000+ agents use it daily, and it reports a 98.2% customer satisfaction rating. We have not verified these.

Watch-outs: it offers a 14-day free trial but lists no dollar prices on the homepage, so check the pricing page. Many teams pair it with a separate conversational AI.

6. CINC

Best for: teams that want managed ad campaigns, an IDX site, and a CRM from one vendor.

CINC calls itself an all-in-one lead generation and conversion CRM platform. Its site describes CINC AI as 24/7 text-based conversation intelligence, with an optional add-on that alerts agents when a lead is ready to talk. It also lists Google and Facebook campaigns run by a partner team, an IDX consumer website, a Seller Suite, automated nurture workflows, and a dialer.

Vendor claims: 50,000+ agents, $30 million+ in annual ad spend managed, 6 million leads generated annually for clients, and 20% lead conversion. We have not verified these.

Watch-outs: plans are grouped by user count (Solo, Ramp, Pro, Select) with no dollar prices on the page. The AI is described as text-based and is an add-on, so confirm what is included.

Enriching Investor, Landlord, and Commercial Owner Lists

The tools above mostly respond to leads that come to you. Investor, landlord, and commercial owner outreach works the other way: you choose who to contact. A simple SyncGTM workflow is to ask your AI client for property management companies or commercial brokerages in a market via google_maps_listings, scrape their sites for published emails and phone lines, then use find_people to reach owners and principals, and find_work_email for named contacts. Load the result into whichever CRM you chose above.

Be clear about the limit: this finds businesses and professionals. It is not a county-records or skip-trace source, so a private landlord with no professional profile may not appear. Investors who operate through a company often do.

Personal data caution. A work email at a company is different from a landlord’s personal Gmail or mobile number. SyncGTM offers find_personal_email (3 credits) and find_mobile_number (10 credits), but treat them as deliberate, low-volume steps. Individuals’ data can fall under state privacy laws, so keep a source record, honor opt-outs and deletion requests quickly, and do not text or call a mobile number without the consent and Do Not Call checks described below. Prefer business emails and published business lines wherever you can. For the sales-side playbook on developers, see how sales associates reach real estate developers.

Compliance: TCPA, DNC, CAN-SPAM, and Fair Housing

AI makes contact cheap, which makes compliance mistakes cheap to repeat. This is a starting list, not legal advice.

  • TCPA and texting consent: marketing texts and prerecorded or artificial-voice calls generally require prior express consent. The FCC ruled in February 2024 that AI-generated voices count as artificial voices under the TCPA. Capture clear consent on your lead forms and keep the records, because a portal or vendor form may not cover your texts.
  • Do Not Call: check numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov, and see the FTC’s telemarketing rule guide.
  • CAN-SPAM: per the FTC’s CAN-SPAM guide, commercial email needs accurate headers, a valid postal address, and an opt-out you honor within 10 business days. The guide lists penalties of up to $53,088 per violating email, a figure the FTC adjusts for inflation.
  • Fair Housing: HUD’s 2024 guidance on advertising through digital platforms says the Fair Housing Act reaches algorithmic ad targeting, including protected characteristics and close proxies. See HUD’s announcement on AI guidance. Review AI-written ads and audience settings, and avoid wording that signals preferences about who should live somewhere. The guidance is in HUD’s archive, so check its current status.
  • Human review: you remain responsible for what AI says on your behalf, including listing facts, so review scripts and sample transcripts regularly.

Which Tool Should You Pick?

  • Leads, ads, and AI from one vendor: Ylopo or CINC, after a demo and a written price.
  • Everything inside one CRM platform: Lofty.
  • Existing lead sources, open CRM: Follow Up Boss, plus a conversational AI if you want one.
  • Standalone AI for voice, SMS, and email: Structurely, once you confirm scope and the platform fee.
  • Investor, landlord, and commercial owner lists: SyncGTM, feeding the CRM you pick.

Most agents end up with one CRM, one AI follow-up layer, and one list-building tool. If you are weighing the agency route, see our AI lead gen agency tools guide, or start with SyncGTM to build your first owner list.
