5 White Label AI Lead Generation Platforms for Agencies 2026
By Kushal Magar · October 19, 2026 · 11 min read
Key Takeaway
Five platforms publish a real white-label option: Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy, Skylead, and HighLevel. They differ on what is branded, which plan unlocks it, and how client data is separated. The margin usually leaks through data costs, so treat the data layer as its own line item and check current pricing before quoting clients.
AI lead generation white label platforms let an agency resell prospecting and outreach under its own brand, but the margin only survives if data costs and per-client pricing stay predictable. This guide compares five platforms that publish a white-label option, using each vendor’s own pages, and shows where an unbranded data layer fits.
We did not test these tools. Every capability and price below is attributed to the vendor page it came from, vendor claims are labelled as such, and margin figures are illustrative arithmetic, not results. For a broader view of agency stacks, see our AI lead gen agency tools breakdown; this post is only about resell and rebranding.
AI Lead Generation White Label: TL;DR
Short answer: Choose Instantly or Smartlead if your service is cold email, Skylead if it is LinkedIn-led, Saleshandy if you want a custom domain and client access controls on an outreach tool, and HighLevel if you want an all-in-one CRM you can resell as your own software. Pair any of them with a separate data layer so the data cost is not buried in the platform fee.
| Platform | White-label features (vendor-stated) | Plan or add-on | Listed plan prices |

What Counts as White Label
We only included a platform if its own pages describe rebranding. The test was four features: a custom domain or subdomain, your logo or colors, separate client access (workspaces, portals, or limited logins), and client-facing views of campaigns or reports.
Many lists blur this with “agency plans,” which only mean more seats or inboxes. A white-label tool lets the client log in somewhere that does not say the vendor’s name. Also check the vendor’s terms: reselling is often restricted without a written agreement, and our own terms of service are a reminder that platforms commonly prohibit it.
How We Compared Them (No Hands-On Test)
We read each vendor’s white-label, help-center, or pricing page and recorded what it says. We did not sign up, run client campaigns, or verify deliverability or data quality. Where a vendor page was silent or inconsistent, for example on which plan includes white-label, we say so and mark the item “check current pricing.”
For how three of these tools perform as outreach software outside of white-label, see our reviews of Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy, and Skylead.
1. Instantly
Best for: cold email agencies that want a branded client portal on their own subdomain.
Per Instantly’s agency white labeling help article, you add a CNAME record on a subdomain of your choice, upload a logo, and choose what clients see: Campaigns (view or edit), Unibox, Analytics, CRM, and Blocklist. Clients do not need their own Instantly subscription.
Watch-outs from the same article: the feature is limited to the Hyper Growth and Light Speed plans; one agency portal is allowed per workspace; clients with Campaigns access can see all campaigns in the workspace and you cannot restrict them to specific ones. To keep client data separate you need a separate workspace, and the article says that means a separate subscription per client. Instantly also does not send invite emails, so you copy the invite link yourself.
2. Smartlead
Best for: agencies that want separate workspaces per client and are comfortable paying per client.
Smartlead’s pricing page FAQ states that white-labeling is available as an add-on at $29 per month per client workspace, and lets agencies brand the platform as their own and manage each client in a separate workspace. The same FAQ says adding clients starts from the Pro plan, and that Unlimited Prime includes three client workspaces. The page lists Base at $39, Pro at $94, Unlimited Smart at $174, and Unlimited Prime at $379 per month (monthly billing).
Watch-outs: the per-client add-on means platform cost scales linearly with your roster, and the plan-to-client mapping is not fully clear on the page, so confirm which plan includes what before you quote. See the Smartlead alternatives roundup if per-client cost is a concern.
3. Saleshandy
Best for: agencies that want a custom login domain plus full or limited client access on an outreach tool.
Saleshandy’s white-label page shows a custom domain example (outreach.youragency.com), an agency logo upload, and Client Access Control that lets you give clients full or limited access. Its help center describes the setup as a custom domain with a CNAME record and says the platform provides SSL if your domain lacks HTTPS.
Watch-outs: the white-label page does not state which plan includes the feature or what it costs, and it does not use the term client workspaces, so ask the vendor how client data is separated. Check current pricing on the pricing page. Our Saleshandy alternatives post covers other options.
4. Skylead
Best for: agencies reselling LinkedIn-led outreach who want a fully rebranded instance.
Skylead’s white-label pagesays the team provides your version of Skylead in your colors and branding, hosted under a subdomain of your choice, with its help center available to your clients on that subdomain. The agency dashboard lets you oversee clients in one place, assign roles and permissions, and appoint multiple admins. Skylead’s support team handles your clients under your brand via in-app chat and WhatsApp.
Watch-outs: the page is inconsistent on setup time (less than 2 days in one place, less than 7 days in another), and the FAQ lists flat agency fees of $999 for up to 50 seats and $1,999 for unlimited seats rather than a dedicated white-label price. Confirm terms and pricing directly. See our Skylead alternatives guide for context.
5. HighLevel (GoHighLevel)
Best for: agencies that want to sell an all-in-one CRM and automation product as their own software, not just run outreach for clients.
HighLevel’s pricing page lists Starter at $97 per month (3 sub-accounts), Unlimited at $297 per month (unlimited sub-accounts), and Agency Pro at $497 per month. Its FAQ says SaaS Mode turns HighLevel into your own sellable software product, that you can rebill phone and email usage with a markup, and that you can white-label the desktop web app so clients see your branding. A white-label mobile app is a separate $497 per month add-on per the same page.
Watch-outs:it is a CRM and funnel platform first, so lead sourcing and enrichment are not its focus. You will likely still need an outside data source for B2B contact lists, and the page’s plan details should be rechecked before quoting.
Agency Margin Math (Illustrative)
The tables above show sticker prices. What decides margin is the cost per client. The arithmetic below uses vendor-listed prices from this guide and is illustrative only, not a forecast; it ignores sending infrastructure, labor, and taxes.
| Platform cost | Calculation | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Smartlead add-on | 10 clients x $29 | $290 per month, on top of the base plan |
| HighLevel Unlimited | $297 / 10 clients | $29.70 per client per month |
| HighLevel Unlimited | $297 / 25 clients | $11.88 per client per month |
| Skylead flat fee (50-seat tier) | $999 / 50 seats | $19.98 per seat per month |
Now add data. Hypothetically, if a client needs 2,000 verified contacts a month and your data costs $0.10 per found contact, that is $200 per client per month, which can dwarf a platform fee of $12 to $30. The platform fee is a rounding error; the data line is where margin lives or dies. These rates are placeholders for the arithmetic, not vendor prices.
Where SyncGTM Fits: The Unbranded Data Layer
This guide does not claim SyncGTM is a white-label platform. Its role in an agency stack is the unbranded data layer behind the deliverable: SyncGTM offers 76+ enrichments from 50+ providers, so the lists and fields you hand to a client inside Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy, Skylead, or HighLevel come from a waterfall rather than a single source.
That separation helps in two ways. You can swap the branded front end without rebuilding your data process, and you can price data per client separately from the platform fee. To estimate data spend per client list, use the credits estimator, and see how waterfall email finders work for why sequencing providers raises hit rates.
Which Platform Should You Pick?
- Cold email service, few clients: Instantly, if the Hyper Growth or Light Speed plan fits and you accept one workspace per client for data separation.
- Cold email service, many clients: Smartlead, with the $29 per client add-on modeled into your price.
- Custom login and client access control: Saleshandy, after confirming the plan and data separation.
- LinkedIn-led service: Skylead, after confirming white-label pricing in writing.
- Selling software, not services: HighLevel with SaaS Mode.
