Overview
SyncGTM runs its own outbound on SyncGTM. It is the same agentic system we build for customers, pointed at our own market.
AI agents track buying signals early, research every account, enrich contacts, write channel-specific copy, and sequence outreach across LinkedIn and email.
The result: 3x more replies than our old list-based campaigns and 7+ hours saved every week.
The problem
Our early outbound looked like most teams’ outbound:
- Static exports from lead databases
- Email as the only channel
- Generic copy with a first-name merge tag
- Hours spent cleaning and deduping spreadsheets
- Prospects contacted weeks after the moment passed
Even when the targeting was right, the timing was not. By the time someone landed in a campaign, the job change, funding round, or product launch that made them relevant was old news.
We wanted outbound where the signal decides who we contact, when, and on which channel.
Tracking signals early
The system monitors 8 buying signals, grouped into three types and worked in priority order.
Job changes and promotions
New leaders rebuild their stack and processes in their first few months. These signals get the highest priority because the window closes fastest.
Funding, M&A, partnerships, and product launches
Company news creates new targets and new budget. Agents research the specific announcement before any copy is written, so the message references what actually happened.
Tech stack matches and competitor engagement
Accounts using complementary tools, or engaging with competitor content, show they already care about the problem we solve.
Catching a signal in days instead of weeks is where most of the reply lift came from.
Omnichannel outbound
Every qualified prospect receives a coordinated sequence across channels, all anchored to the same signal:
- LinkedIn connection request
- LinkedIn first DM
- LinkedIn follow-up DM
- Day 1 email
- Follow-up email sequence
LinkedIn outreach is rotated across three senders to stay within safe daily limits, and every prospect is deduped across channels so nobody gets hit twice from different directions.
“Hi {first_name}, SyncGTM helps B2B companies automate outbound. Open to a quick call?”
“Congrats on the new role. Most revenue leaders we talk to spend their first quarter rebuilding pipeline, so happy to share how teams are using signals to fill it faster.”
The agentic workflow
End to end, the workflow looks like this:
- 1Signal detected
- 2Deduped against existing outbound
- 3Decision maker identified
- 4Work email found via waterfall
- 5Email verified
- 6Agent writes LinkedIn + email copy
- 7Routed to a sender
- 8Sequenced across channels
- 9Human handles replies
Agents do the research and data work continuously. People only step in once a prospect replies.
Result
Moving from static lists to agentic, omnichannel outbound produced 3x more replies and saved 7+ hours every week.
We do not send more outbound than before. We send it to the right person, at the right moment, on the right channel.
