Anya Lamb is a product and marketing consultant with 10 years of experience helping start-ups develop exceptional products, brands and customer experiences. I work with start-ups and organizations that are either seeking guidance in the process of developing and launching their initial offering or who are looking for help to reach new audiences and scale adoption for an existing product or service. In addition to my decade of experience at industry-leading startups ranging from Seed to Series D and beyond, I bring design thinking and agile processes to help teams quickly experiment, iterate and deploy solutions at scale. My services include: - Facilitating product strategy and planning E.g. facilitating team strategy offsites / summits, designing and facilitating quarterly and annual planning cycles - Conducting and synthesizing product research E.g. Conducting user research, competitive research, and market research and synthesizing findings to inform product and go-to-market strategy - Building collaborative and efficient product development processes. E.g. implementing or improving agile sprint processes, training or coaching teams, streamlining communication, decision-making, and workflows across teams and organizations - Product marketing strategy and execution. E.g. developing and executing marketing strategy, including branding and positioning, content writing and content management, developing sales collateral, conducting sales training and building out email marketing I am especially interested in working with teams on projects related to environmental stewardship, circular economy, or human capital development or on products where I can leverage my past experience in remote sensing, robotics, GreenTech, AdTech or B2B SaaS.
