Brand Initiatives Group is an open source brand and marketing consultancy. We have worked with companies across a wide range of industries in both B2B and consumer categories. In over 200 individual projects we have proven that clients can change the paradigm of their businesses by engaging diverse groups of stakeholders, from all disciplines and levels of the organization, as idea developers. Furthermore, we believe that clients are often best served by resourcing their marketing and communication needs in an open source, collaborative way, without being forced to commit to single source relationships that can be costly, inflexible and may not meet the specific needs of the brand. Our work starts with defining the purpose for a brand or organization, what we call "who are we" as a foundation for everything the organization does, both internally and externally. We engage collaboratively with clients to unlock the potential for their brand and business by developing a clear strategic roadmap and then orchestrating talent and resources to realize the goals.
