We have solidified our reputation as experts in human-centered design. However, our passion for healthcare innovation remains steadfast. Leveraging our consulting experience and burgeoning healthcare expertise, we gave birth to MyGoodLife.ai. MyGoodLife creates healthcare journeys that build an emotional connection with end users. We focus on knowing the user, understanding their needs and relating back to healthy lifestyle decision making + MyGoodLife.ai - We use generative AI to create highly targeted and compliant messaging that drives patient engagement. By establishing non-clinical data points on the end user, we engage them with hyper-targeted communications that drive real outcomes. In our 3 year pilot with a Top 5 Healthcare Payor, we proved that gaps in care could be closed through highly targeted messaging (average 9.4% gap closure over 9+ measures) compared to customers who opted out of MyGoodLife messaging. + 100,000 Medicare Advantage users + 26% increased breast cancer screenings + 45% increased statin use in persons with diabetes + 9.53% increased annual wellness visits
