I build the systems underneath them: Operating cadence and governance Executive dashboards and readiness models Clear accountability, decision rights, and escalation paths AI-enabled forecasting and early risk detection Across SaaS, education, and services platforms, I've helped leadership teams move from reactive execution to predictable scale by installing playbooks, metrics, and operating discipline that reduce surprises and improve decision velocity. I regularly partner with CEOs, COOs, boards, and investors during periods of rapid growth, integration, or transition — acting as a COO-adjacent execution partner rather than a functional leader. Typical engagements include Operating Partner roles, embedded portfolio executive work (3–12 months), interim COO / SVP Execution assignments, and venture studio operator-in-residence roles.
