Vector Growth Labs was born out of a simple observation that most B2B software and services firms between $30M and $300M in revenue inevitably hit a growth plateau. These are not failures of ambition or talent—these are systemic stalls, caused by the interdependencies of functions that leadership often treats in isolation. Sales blames marketing, marketing blames product, product points to finance, and HR is left out of the growth conversation altogether. We saw that too many firms mistake growth plateaus as a single-department problem, when in reality they are multi-disciplinary breakdowns of alignment. We founded Vector Growth Labs to treat growth as an interconnected system. Incentives and training in HR directly influence seller performance. Product-market fit dictates how easily a service can be sold, while pricing strategy determines whether that sale sticks. Marketing, SDRs, and campaigns open new doors, but only if they're paired with sales enablement, technical architects, and customer success teams who can deliver outcomes.
