Overview
job-change-detector checks a contact list for recent job changes and promotions. Job changers are among the highest-intent prospects — they arrive with budget authority and a mandate to change things. It flags movers, refreshes their new contact details, and ranks them for re-engagement.
How it works

Takes your contact list with each person's last-known company plus email or LinkedIn URL

Uses check_job_change / check_promotions where available, falling back to profile-enrich comparison

Flags each contact as new company, promotion, no change, or could-not-verify
- 4
Enriches movers with a fresh work email (their old one is now dead)
- 5
Scores by ICP fit, seniority jump, and days-since-change, then outputs a ranked re-engagement list
How to use it

Download the skill file — it saves as job-change-detector.zip.

In Claude, open Settings → Capabilities → Skills and upload the .zip (or unzip the job-change-detector/ folder into .claude/skills/ for Claude Code).

Tailor it to your filter — e.g. 'Customize job-change-detector to only surface movers into ICP-fit companies'.
