What data does this return?

This lead source returns leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities from your Close CRM. Each record includes the Close ID, display name, email addresses, phone numbers, company association, lead status, linked opportunities, custom fields, and creation timestamps.

How many credits does this cost?

Searching Close CRM objects is included in your SyncGTM plan at no additional credit cost. You can query and pull records as frequently as you need. Only downstream enrichment actions consume credits.

Does this work with Close CRM custom fields?

Yes. SyncGTM pulls all standard and custom fields from Close CRM objects, preserving your custom field structure in the output.

Does Close require OAuth for authentication?

No. Close CRM uses API key authentication. Simply generate an API key in your Close settings and add it to SyncGTM's integrations page. No OAuth flow or callback URL configuration is required.

Can I search by activity history?

Yes. You can search for leads and contacts based on their activity history using Close's query syntax. Filter by last contacted date, number of calls, email opens, and other activity-based criteria to build targeted segments.

Does this support Close custom fields?

Yes. All custom fields defined in your Close workspace are returned in the custom_fields output object. They are automatically mapped to SyncGTM table columns with their original field names and types.
