Email Verifier

Overview

email-verifier bulk-verifies a list of email addresses with SyncGTM to check which are valid, deliverable, and safe to send before a campaign. It removes bounces, flags risky addresses, and segments the list to protect your sender reputation.

How it works

1. 1

   Takes your email list and warns on credit cost (0.3 credits each)

2. 2

   Verifies each address with verify_email, processing in batches of 50 with progress

3. 3

   Classifies every address valid, invalid, risky, or unverified

4. 4

   Segments into clean, caution, remove, and manual-review lists

5. 5

   Outputs each segment plus a list-health score and a send recommendation

How to use it

1. 1

   Download the skill file — it saves as email-verifier.zip.

2. 2

   In Claude, open Settings → Capabilities → Skills and upload the .zip (or unzip the email-verifier/ folder into .claude/skills/ for Claude Code).

3. 3

   Tailor it to your rules — e.g. 'Customize email-verifier to treat role addresses as remove, not caution'.

4. 4

   Trigger it anytime by typing /email-verifier and pasting the email list to clean.
